sorry missed the second bit...

I need to see typical agency agreements to avoid potential pitfalls in
signing up overseas agents who would have the job of recruiting
overseas.
Agents are fine but recruiting students from overseas for Italy is a
very precise business....if we are to maintain the super  - top level
we have built up.
