I'm in law enforcement professionally and I can save you some time by
telling you that EACH AND EVERY accident or arrested person in those
jurisdictions, from the very recent time frame you mentioned probably
have not been published or made accessible through the internet alone.
(Knowing what I know from 20 years of experience, I stopped just short
of saying that I am CERTAIN of it).

You will probably have to call each law enforcement agency to obtain
that information because often even the media are not fully aware of
each and EVERY accident and arrest. For the price you have selected
will you accept the contact numbers for each agency in those counties
as an answer?

or other jurisdiction. I intentionally did not include game warden
information because normally a violator is take to the nearest county
