How high is the highest seat in U.S. Cellular Field above the playing
surface In other words the altitude in feet over the playing field to
the topmost seat.

Well the height of the field is 145'10" (light standards are not
considered part of the buildings height):

After looking at the field you can kind of estimate that it is
probably in the 125-135 foot range:
