I have a php script which was programmed for me, and I had a server
error and had to change host provider, unfortunately I cannot install
the script again to work. I'm looking for an expert who can just
install the script for me very quickly.
the script is a makepage.php which makes a members web page from a
template and send out a welcome email at the same time.

Hello, find100:
I can install such script anywhere you need, to do so I will need
the access data to your server. To send me that data, please, don't
post it here, do the following:

-Create a text file with all the access data to your server (user,
password, host, database if any ,etc)

-Go to http://www.xpde.com/upload.php

-Submit that text file, which will be uploaded to my server and I will
be the only one who can read it

-I will install it right now

Don't hesitate to request as many clarifications you need until you
get the desired results, this is an open answer.

Regards.

Strange, I just tried it from my end and it's ok.

Just thought, the index page diverts to a temp server somewhere else
until i get it sorted.

try http://www.casharoo.com/thankyou.html that will bring up the page
that members enter details to submit to the script

Hello,

It seems there is a problem to see your server from Spain, I'm using a
remote server and it works ok. In any case, the last thankyou.html you
have sent me it doesn't include any form code or any submission to the
script. Is that correct?

Regards.

the old one was still there.

OK, we are half way there, the thanks page isn't showing the URL
number, I think there should be a little php command or something
where the [NEW NUMBER] is.

If you download thanks.html from the server, you'll see what I mean.

thanks

just realized, the [NEW NUMBER] tag shouldn't have a space in it
should be [NEWNUMBER]

Hello,

I have had a lot of troubles to access your server, it runs terribly
slow, in any case, I have checked the source code of the makepage.php
and it doesn't process the thanks.html to substitute NAME and
NEWNUMBER, it just simply show the page, this feature worked before
the change from host provider? Maybe you had another script version?

The script just issues this command

header("Location: ../thanks.html");

If you want I can modify it to process the template place holders.

Regards.

makepage.php script to make work the thanks.php script ;-)
