Howdy jay234,

The only software that I could find that does what you are looking for is
"Mobile Music Polyphonic" by Ringtone4Me Limited, and which costs $29.95.
http://www.ringtone4me.com/mmpoly_help.html

"Mobile Music Polyphonic is a polyphonic ringtone composition and converting
software. It can convert your favorite MIDI music to mobile phone ringtone.
... You can convert ... wave to mmf, mp3 to mmf ..."

You can download it and try it for free, but it appears that the downloaded
version is limited until you purchase it.

"With following software , your mobile phone will be very Individualized
and cool."

Once you download it and try it, you can pay for it here. You get the
following with the software.
http://www.ringtone4me.com/buy_mmpoly.html

- Enjoy Mobile Music Polyphonic powerful functions with no time restrictions!
- Unlimited upgrades for the life of the product!
- Unlimited technical support!

More information on registering the software can be found here.

"... you will receive one email including your password and register version
software for Mobile Music Polyphonic."

If you need any clarification, feel free to ask. Apologies on the typos in
my Request for Question Clarification.
