Pafalafa has found a good list.  But I should note that it pertains to
Russia, since it has become just "Russia" again.  There is also a list
for the former Soviet Union -- a much longer list -- and the problem
with it is that not all (even though most) athletes there are from
Russia.  However, perhaps it will suit your needs, especially if by
"Russia", you also mean the former Soviet Union.
