We are designing and hosting (Unix) a site for a client of ours.  They
want a form spread out over several pages (versus one long one).  I
have found various programs through my own search (such as
http://www.jimmelanson.ca/mpfh/index.shtml) and although they sound
good, I'm looking for an experienced third party recommendation.

Our expertise with scipts is pretty much limited to FormMail.
