To speed up the research to a dead end. The Commissioner is Mr.Devon
Brown and the Chief of Staff is Mr.Charles Ellis. I don't think the
salary information is public knowledge (or if it is, it's tucked away
in a very dark corner of the web!)

Good luck

The New Jersey Commissioner of Corrections annual salary is set and
fixed at an amount to be determined by the Governor not to exceed
$144,000 a year (as of January 2000). I don't know about the others.
