Hello!

Where does one report anti-trust and anti-competitive practices among
a group of companies?

Links to such reports/complaints filed previously would be
appreciated.

Thanks.

Assuming that you are referring to reporting to authorities in the
United States, the appropriate authority is the Antitrust Division of
the US Department of Justice. You can visit their website at:

How to Report a Possible Violation

Information from the public is vital to the work of the Antitrust
Division. Your phone calls, letters, and e-mail messages are often the
first indication of an antitrust violation and may provide the initial
evidence to begin an investigation.

If you have information about a possible antitrust violation or
potential anticompetitive activity, whether civil or criminal, please
contact the Division:

E-Mail
newcase.atr@usdoj.gov
Phone
1-888-647-3258 (toll-free in the U.S. and Canada)
or 1-202-307-2040
Mail
Antitrust Division - New Case Unit
601 D Street NW, Suite 10011
Washington, DC 20530
We will review your complaint and refer it to one of our offices for
investigation, if appropriate.

Confidentiality
Our confidentiality policy applies to all complaints received by the
Antitrust Division.

Types of Antitrust Violations
For details about different types of antitrust violations, refer to:

and What to Look For.

Leniency Policies
Individuals or companies who (a) believe they may have been involved
in criminal antitrust violations and (b) cooperate with the Antitrust
Division may avoid prosecution if they meet the conditions of our
individual or corporate leniency (amnesty) policies.
