It appears that the answer I provided has launched us into areas that,
while related, are beyond the scope of the original question.
Answering additional questions in this clarification request would
best be served by asking them in a new question. I hope that is not
too inconvenient for you.
In any case I did additional research in English and in Spanish and
this is what I uncovered.
