I need a simple Qbasic program to write and read from the serial
port.the data to be written is a counting sequence,"0123456789ABCDEF".
the transmission will occur only when a certain handshaking signal,
CTS,is active.the CTS signal for transmitting computer will be
activated from the reciving computer.
