I believe these are the most well-known web-based intranet services,
and though the information I find may be a bit incomplete on some
companies (some don't show file storage limit or rates), I think you
may be able to inquire from them easily. Most have free trials, so you
could perhaps sign up and see the features of each. The websites of
the services also list the features in linked webpages, so I hope you
can find those easily. Most of them anyway have most of the features
of Intranets.com, though that is still considered the premier service.
