What would be some good research databases I can subscribe to if I
want to gather competitor intelligence. Also, is there software were I
can keep the information I gather organized on a company intranet.

Hello chilebean (cool name!).

Your two questions both seem so broad to me, I wouldn't know where to
begin in trying to answer them.  Perhaps you can recast the questions
to make them a bit more specific and...given the list price of your
question...it may be more realistic to ask for a quick answer to just
one, rather than two, questions.
