Bus Driver Arrested On Suspicion Of Raping Riders
Alleged Victims Were Mentally, Physically Handicapped
“Daniel Carlos Porras, 38, of Anaheim was arrested for investigation
of rape of an incompetent person, inflicting injury on a dependent
adult, sodomy and sexual battery by restraint, said Orange County
sheriff's spokesman Jim Amormino.”

“Amormino said he allegedly raped a 42-year-old woman with a mental
capacity of an 11-year-old and sexually battered a 27-year-old woman
who uses a wheelchair. It was unclear where and when the assaults took
