In Goldmine 5.7 and / or 6.0, I want to print a monthly (and/or
weekly) calendar that looks like the calendar on the screen when
multiple users are included.  For example, I want to have two
different users in different colors with the overlap boxes.  I then
want to print these reports on tabloid paper (11X17) to put up on the
wall.  How do I do this?
