Dear nggd-ga,
Good day!
Indeed, this is a really interesting & fun assignment. However, I
expect the same sentiments from you while evaluating my answer :)
Seriously speaking, there are a lot of statistics out there over what
people buy online the most. There are a lot of seasonal, demographic,
geographic and other such variations in the compiled results.
The UCLA Annual Report - "Surveying the Digital Future" - published
in February 2003 is one of the most respected and authoritative
sources of data pertaining to the USA. The answers to a question,
"What do you buy online", depended on the years of experience the
users have had with the Internet. Two user categories have been
defined by the UCLA Center for Communication Policy:
A. Very experienced Internet users - 6 or more years of Internet
experience
B. New Internet users < 1 year of Internet expereince
