Hi.  I am an independent filmmaker based in Canada.  I am on the verge
of starting the principle shoot.  I am currently getting the actors
and extras that I will need, together.  My question is this.  I would
like several examples of release forms that actors and extras sign
before taking part in a film project.   Of course as a filmmaker not
only do I want to have the legal right to use their image in my film,
I also want to be released of any financial obligation to these actors
and extras if the film makes a profit.   As you can understand, I need
 the realease form examples  to pertain to canadian citizens.   Yet I
would not mind a few american examples, to see if they vary much.
