I live in Dublin,Ca. I was issued a citation in Dublin by a
Pleasanton,Ca police officer. Pleasanton is the neighbooring city. I
don't believe he had jurisdicition here. I need a case reference or
code to dispute this in court.

It depends. Were you issued a citiation for an offense that allegedly
occured in Pleasanton, CA or did the offense take place in Dublin, CA?

It may also depend on what the citation was for.

Also, it would depend on whether or not the officer has a dual
commission (ie.e. also carries a federal, state or county commission
in addition to his municipal commission). If you can make these
clarifications we can probably help you answer your question.
