First, I am trying to find a way to contact everyone who has had a
fire or major storm damage to their home or property.
Hopefully their is some type of scanning services that provides leads
to home fires in a given city or state. I would like to definetly find
a service in Ohio ,but a nationwide service would be great too. I
would like to find as many services as possible.
I have found on service called Phillyscan@phillyscan.com. This seems
like exactly the company I am looking for but the company has not
responded to any emails and phone number listed on web site is no
longer in service. I found this service on a google search under
"public adjusters" Maybe their is a company that is notified by fire
departments whenever their is a fire. Public adjuster are able to be
on the scene very quickly after a fire even from hundreds of miles
away.
I am trying to help other people avoid the huge problems when
dealing with a fire and hope to help them avoid the mistakes and
problems I had after my home fire.

Hello Retracsirrem,
What you gave was an email address. Is this the website of the company
you are referring to?

http://www.phillyscan.com/

Yes, that is the website I visited but have been unable to get a
response. I believe that there should be other companies that provide
same. I have also tried to look inder fire restorators, since they
would be in the same line of work and need the same info for their
business.

Thanks for your clarification. I did look around and was able find
public adjustor companies that may offer the same service as
Phillyscan. Perhaps a list of sites where these companies could be
found would do? I found one site that lists only two public adjuster
companies in Ohio, so I assume the number of companies from that state
with a web presence is around that much.

What I assume though is that you are looking for is something like a
fire victim directory, so you could contact people directly and offer
them your advice. Is this your goal?
