selector arm on heater consol actavates blower for all modes , max air, vent 
  deflr and def, EXCEPT THE FLOOR!!. Temperature works, blower speed works.
  Where do I look for the soloution?.

I should add that the blower works for all the modes EXCEPT THE FLOOR!!!
 When selector arm is shifted to Floor mode BLOWER shuts down. Thanks to 
 comment for his imput.Did check.

In regard to heater problem if 20 bucks isn't enough,name your price.
  Willing to pay reasonable fee.

Make sure nothing's blocking the floor vents, or is stuck in them.
