I want to link our Avaya IP phone system with our FileMaker database
so when a call comes in it pulls up the record in FileMaker.  Proof
that it can be done by showing any technical data is what i'm after
here for $18.  If you can give me the complete how to steps i'll add
another $50.  Thanks!

Samrolken, yes it does store in SQL.

I was wondering if you made progress on this question.

I will need to know if you are using a Definity/Communications Manager
or other model of system.
Which release of software? (PBX)
Are you using IP Agent?
Is third party call control required?... If so does the system have ASAI activated?
