I need to find an engineer to help design a mobile battery that will
power a range of laptop computers and a range of cell phones.  The
product also has to be small.

I am already developing commercial channels for the product, but
decided not to use the prior manufacturer I was working with because
of their general lack of expertise.  I am looking for either an
individual who would join the company or a very solid manufacturer who
can also help with design decisions.
