I signed up with Cingular for cell phone service, but their reception stinks.
Is there a way to b reak the agreement without paying the fee?
Thanks

Do you believe that Cingular misled you in any way about the coverage
area? Also, it might be helpful to know which state you're in to
determine if there are any appliable consumer-protection laws.

No. There is not a snowball's chance in July of avoiding the fees,
unless you pay a really good lawyer a whole lot more than the money
you'd pay your cel company. Even then, it's doubtful you could escape
the breach of contract fee.
