I would like to know what exactly is meant by "Natural Law" from the
legal and philosophical points.

What does the theory involve? Who are the main philosophers behind the
theory? How does it fit in the 20th century? How does it shape our
legal system?

You ask no less than 5 separate questions here. I think this is why
your Question has gone unanswered to this point. Given your Question's
price, would an Answer be acceptable to you if it treated the main
part of your Question only:

"I would like to know what exactly is meant by "Natural Law" from the
legal and philosophical points." ?
