Isabel tore off a lot of my Tamko AR30 shingles and I have to replace
my roof.  I'm planning to upgrade the quality to 90-110 mph wind
resistance and algae resistant.  What are the best quality asphalt
roof shingles (brand, attributes, type) that I should be looking at? 
Any suggestions as to the best quality for the money?
