Does anyone have an idea of how many unique email addresses there are
in the U.S and on average, how many email addresses there are per
person?  I'm guessing that many people have a work account and then
some sort of personal email account.

Lastly, is there a good source of information on stats of email
addresses per main provider (webmail accounts like Yahoo! and Hotmail
and ISPs like AOL, earthlink, etc.)

I care mostly about the answers to the first two questions.
