Of the top stock and commodity traders including Ed Seykota's, Bruce
Kovner, Richard Dennis, Bill Dunn, John W. Henry, President, John
Henry and Co., Richard Donchian (deceased), Jerry Parker-President,
Chesapeake Capital, Paul Rabar-President: Rabar Market Research, and
Keith Campbell - Chairman: Campbell and Company - all listed on
http://www.turtletrader.com/ and some profiled in Market Wizards by
Jack D. Schwager - who of these or other traders you may know of has
the highest annual returns when measured over at least 10 years?

Seykota, for example is said to have a return of 60% net of fees.

And for the one with the highest return, do they manage other people's
money or teach their system or sell courses or what?

My friend who is an avid market player had the same question and went
to the same site. The sight offers some good ideas for trading but
lacks actual "real-time" mentoring. In fact my friend had multiple
contacts with that turtles.com organization and i do not believe they
are real. The above names do manage money, some for themselves and
others for Hedge Funds. Instutional Investors Magazine publishes a
list of the top Hedge Fund Money winners. A hedge fund is set up so
that the manager gets a percentage of the profits usually 20% and a 1%
management fee(these mkt wizards managers require partners to pony up
higher fees sometimes as high as 33% of profit but the still manage to
trounce the S&P net off fees.) I can foward you a copy of the
Instutional Investors or if you would like to further discuss anything
contact me offline at babynasdaq@comcast.net aka ($ill). When you see
the fees these top managers are making (25MM to 200MM net of
fees)using the Hedge Fund "align my intesters w/ my partners" Model
in horrific markets you will understand why these people as you
referenced in the market wizards would never divulge their true
secrets.

I can tell you of an individual that I would refer to you with the
highest regard if you wish to "learn it yourself" and I tell you this
from first hand experience--Larry Conners offers(offered?) a
"real-time mentoring program ". I have implemented many of his trading
styles in my trading. The book below explains some of the ideas behind
Turtles and turtles soup. If you wish to contact Larry Connors
