Hello pudder-ga,
I should emphasize the disclaimer at the bottom of this page, which
indicates that answers and comments on Google Answers are general
information, and not intended to substitute for informed professional
legal advice. If you need a professional interpretation of this law,
you should consult with a lawyer in Las Vegas.
The Marriage Bureau of the Clark County [Nevada] Clerk's Office states
that divorced applicants for a marriage license are "required to know
the Month/Day/Year/City and State of their divorce. The divorce must
be final and filed with the courts in the state or country granted.
You are not required to bring the divorce decree."

There does not seem to be any indication here, or in the online
version of Nevada laws on marriage and dissolution of marriage, that
any waiting period is needed to obtain a marriage license and get
married after a divorce.

Again, you should check with a Las Vegas attorney, or at least with
the Marriage Bureau, if you need further information.
