Hello,

I'm attempting to capyure a screenshot on any sort of video on my
computer including DVD's and DivX movies, however the "Print Screen"
button doesn't work with that.  When I paste into an image editing
software it gives me a black screen.

Please request for clarification if you don't know what I'm talking
about, thanks!

Which operating system are you using?  Which software for viewing the
