I have outlook 2003 installed on 2 computers.
I want to copy EVERYTHING to the second computer so that when started,
everything is the same. That includes:
email accounts
favorites
calendar contents
vba code

Best case scenario would be that I could use the briefcase
functionality to do this. I can easily get the mail files copied, but
the others are giving me problems.

If you cannot reproduce this with OL2003, OL2002 will suffice.

Have you tried the Import / Export option? I was able to backup all my
calendars, notes, task, email, and contacts using this option. I just
selected Export to a File in the Import / Export menu (File >> Import
and Export..). Then, I selected Personal File Folder (.pst). Then I
selected include all sub-folders.
