I would like info on Bally’s and 24 Hour Fitness, specifically where
in the Dalls/Fort Worth area (and surrounding metroplex) are they
expanding.  Locations they may have leased or purchased for a new
location or projections on places they are targeting.  If they would
use some type of Commercial Real Estate or Commercial Property
Companies it might be a good source of info.

Also any of the area cities local government or property tax
departments or economic development might be a good source of info.

I would also be interested in the demographics they use to target a
specific location.  Population density, income, etc.  All of this
specific to the DFW Texas area.
