I also came across "Horseweb"- a Directory Of Riding Schools, Trekking
Centres & Livery Stables within the UK & Ireland.
If you go to: http://www.horseweb-uk.com/stables/map.htm , you can
click on the geographic region you are interested in and then you'll
see a list of all the places that have liveries. You may have to
highlight the text as they have chosen to put white text on a bright
coloured background making it difficult to read.
I'd imagine liveries in Hertfordshire would be the most convenient for
you geographically, so I have listed them here for your convenience.
