Where is the Watering Trough Casino in Maestral located in the world?

There is a Maestral Casino, but there is not, so far as I can tell, a
Watering Trough Casino.

I collect casino chips. I have a chip that says, "Watering Trough"
across the top and "Maestral" across the bottom. I know there is a
casino named "Watering Trough" it is listed in a book called "The
Gaming Table". This book has almost every casino in the universe. It
lists the "Watering Trough" as existing but the location is unknown.
Is the "Watering Trough" in Maestral the same one....?
