I own a timeshare unit in Orlando, FL. I have a 16.9 APR mortgage on
my unit and I am interested in refinancing. The unit values at $15,000
and I need a $10,000 loan.
My credit history is good, but I find it hard to find a lender that
will give a mortgage on a timeshare unit. Do you have any insights
that might help me in my efforts?
