Is there any way or web site to track the influx of capital into a
given mutual fund or to chart assets under management at a given time.
 For example, I would like to be able to chart the growth in size of a
Janus fund.  Thanks

I assume that you want a method that uses publicly available data.

If you have access to the CRSP mutual fund database I can tell you a
way of calculating it based on the information they have. In general
you need more information than is available from free services such as
Morningstar.

It's laborious, but the SEC Edgar site will have data back almost 10 years:
