Dear CJ Walker, This is by no means an answer, but at leats two countries in Europe - Germany and UK, have a programme for professionals who would like to work there: Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) http://www.workpermits.gov.uk/default.asp?PageID=2754 The German "Green Card" scheme refers mainly to IT experts: http://www.workpermit.com/germany/employer.htm |
