I am trying to find out if a little boy by the name of Nathan Phillip
Muths or Wholters died in CA on or around Aug 11, 2003. He would have
been approximatly 2 to 3 years old

Are you absolutely certain about the spelling of the last names?  Do
you have any idea of what city or county the death might have occurred
in.
