I'm looking for census data by race, state, county and year. 
Preferrably this is yearly data but every 10 years is fine as long as
you have at least back to 1950.

I need data on.
-Population
-Per Capita Income
And optionally:
-Education stats
-Wealth stats

The key is that for each category the data is split by race, county,
state and year.

If you can't find county level data.  State level will get partial
credit.
