I beg to differ, HblockX deffinately recorded a song called cold, on a
sountrack called 'Fly Eyes'.  The lyrics for the song in which I want
to know what TV show or Movie it was in can be found here -

Dear ozforbes,  

Yes, but what I am trying to tell you is, that "Fly Eyes" is not a
soundtrack but a "normal" album, while there is another album they
made - which was a soundtrack, and does not contain this song, but
many other songs.

In other words: 
HBlockX did a soundtrack to a film. 
Cold is not in it. 
Cold is in another album - as you mentioned - Fly Eyes - which is not a soundtrack.

In a way that answers my question, however it may still be possible
that 'cold' has featured in a movie or TV show.  I believe that has
not fully answered the original question, nor would knowing a sound
track by the band answer the question - if 'cold' is not in it.
