Hi,

I'm looking for great free, or nearly free clipart (under
$10/collection) which can be used for the web.  Ideally it will be
1,000,000 images which can be used commercially.  I have the godaddy
CD, but the quality of that material is not what I had hoped.

I know about Getty Images, but its far too expensive.

A web collection is fine, or I can buy a CD/cd set filled with images.
 Or an alternative, if there is one.

Would you consider any (or all) of these?

* Free collection with less than 1 million images
* Paid web collection on a subscription basis that costs $7.95 for one
week or $149.76/year with 2.6 million images
* Directory of sites that contain free clip art

Also -- what level of quality is important to you?
