Is there a program that enables one to set up a flash card educational
list? That is, to list questions then look at the answer and
vice-versa to look at the answer then toggle back to the question. |

Hi Zorn,
There are several flashcard programs out there.
What kind of question are you going to list - mathematical,
vocabulary, other type (please specify)?
What OS are you using?
Are you willing to purchase the program you like if it's not freeware?

I would like information on verbal written questions and answers. I
would consider buying the program.

Would an online database of flash cards of a varying subject set
(K-12, higher ed, languages, medicine, etc) be of use? You can create
your own set as well as use premade sets. Some site features:
Study your own flashcards or choose from the hundreds of thousands of
flashcards on our site.
View cards in the order they were entered, alphabetical order by
question (a-z and z-a), alphabetical order by answer (a-z and z-a) and
random order.
Study either side of the flashcard first, quizzing yourself on the
reverse side (i.e. show the answer and guess the question).
Study all flashcards in a card set or study a range of cards (for
example, study only the first 20 cards in a set).
Change the font face and font size when studying.
Use access keys (keyboard shortcuts) to speed up the study session.
Track which flashcards have been answered correctly or incorrectly and
grade yourself when finished.
"Guess" the answer or actually type the answer prior to flipping the
card.
After a study session continue by studying only those flashcards
answered incorrectly.
Comment on the flashcards of others to indicate spelling mistakes or
incorrect information.
Please let me know if this will work for you or do you require an
offline application.
