I have a Panasonic SV-SD75 mp3 player. This came with a CD which
installed a proprietary version of a juke box program that allowed me
to
load/unload music into the player. The player has a removable 64 MB SD
card which I insert into a supplied card reader that connects into my
PC via a USB cable. The act of moving music in and out of the card was
only via the
jukebox program.

I have now bought a new computer with WIN XP but have unfortunately
lost the CD key (still have the physical CD however) so cannot install
the program juke box in my new computer. When i connect the card
reader (with the SD card inserted) to my new PC I can see it in
explorer as a USB drive and can even drag and drop files to it.
However when I drop mp3 files to the card using explorer and insert
the card back into the player and try to play those files i get "NOT
SD AUDIO" error on the devide. So apparently the files are on the card
and but the device is unable to read them.

Is there anyway I can use my panasonic as a mp3 player again instead
of only a (rather expensive) USB storage drive?

Have you searched the CD installer, CD cover, or Manual perhaps if it
has a copy of the CD-key?

Have you inquired at Panasonic Customer Support regarding the CD-key?
