I'm looking for a copy of the book, KEYS TO THE ULTIMATE FREEDOM:
THOUGHTS AND TALKS ON PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION, by Lester Levenson.
Amazon.com lists it, at a price of $17.95, but says it's unavailable.
I've searched other book search engines that I know about and they all
point to Amazon as the source. I'm willing to buy a used copy and I
want to pay no more than $30 for a copy that's in reasonably good
condition. This book is not connected with the books authored by Hale
Dwoskin of Sedona Training Associates. Thank you.

I have found only one copy for $190. I have also found it at two
libraries; if you have privileges at a local library that participates
in a major interlibrary loan network, you should be able to obtain a
copy to read.

It doesn't sound like you would be interested in the $190 book, but
would you be interested in the library option as an answer?

Yes, thank you, I would be interested in how I can get a copy from a
library. I'm a patron of the King County Library System in Washington
state if that helps. Thank you very much.

The Sedona Public Library:

http://www.sedonalibrary.org/

and the Library of Congress:

http://www.loc.gov/

both own copies of the book.

Your local public library should be able to tell you if they can be
gotten through interlibrary loan.
