Hi,

We've got certain periods and shifts which have lower demand on the
time of our agents and instead of shrinking their numbers and reducing
their income.

It would also be an opportunity to move into providing those services
as a main service of the company and branch out into it if we develop
the campaign management process to attract clients.

I'm interested in knowing what are important terms and elements that
should be part of our proposal which would make it logical and fair as
well as identifies the responsibilites of each party.

We've arrived at analysing the cost of our call center in a
/person/shift as well as a /minute rate.

I would welcome your input from a business point of view as to the
elements the agreements and proposals should cover.

Thank you.

-Dusty
