Do you have the lines of Madame Armfeldt in the musical "A Little
Night Music" by Stephen Sondheim?

Dear catdreamer,

Do you mean, all the lines that character has in the entire musical,
both in spoken parts and songs? Or do you need only the lyrics of
Madame Armfeld's song "Liaisons"?

Regards,
Scriptor

I am looking for a particular quote (which I have forgotten, hence the
question) that Madame Armfeld makes in her spoken lines when imparting
"wisdom" to her grand-daughter. I understand copywrite laws and felt
this might be a factor since the lyrics are so readily available but
not the spoken lines. So if this info cannot be given, I would really
appreciate a resource for purchasing the script as kriswrite-ga has
offered. Thank you. Catdreamer

Hello Catdreamer~

The script for the Stephen Sondheim/Hugh Wheeler musical "A Little
Night Music" can be purchased through Amazon.com for $10.36 plus
shipping:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1557830703/qid=1067115175/sr=8-7/ref=sr_8_7/002-2579830-0063216?v=glance&n=507846

In addition, if you will give me a little more info about what the
quote you're looking for refers to (it's basic theme), I can also
quote it for you. I own a copy of the script. :)

Hi Catdreamer~

I had the editors remove my Answer, since it wasn't what you were
looking for. However, quoting large portions of the script (i.e.,
Madame Armfeldt's lines) will violate copyright law. Alternatively, I
will offer a source for buying the script to "A Little Night Music,"
if that will be helpful.

kriswrite-
Thank you so much for your help. I am new to the computer so this is
the first time I have done this. It took me awhile to go thru the
whole process. The quote is for a friend of mine. Since I took so
long, I forgot the general gist of the quote, but I will know it when
I see it. Therefore, I have just finished ordering a used copy thru
amazon.com - it's the first time I've done that also. I've never
ordered ANYTHING thru my computer. You've opened new vistas for me.
Thank you for your help and direction. Catdreamer
