My wife is from Romanaia. She has an I-130 VISA pending (they said
this will take about 800 days to go through). She also has a K-3 VISA
pending so that she can come to the USA sooner. We were told that the
K-3 would take between 2-3 months to process when we applied, but as
soon as we applied they changed their answer to over 6 months for it
to go through. It is being processed now at the Missouri Center in
Chicago. We have both been waiting long enough. The difference between
2-3 months and over 6 is just too much. How can we push it through
faster. I know this can be done. I've been told it can, but her lawyer
says without a doubt, over 6 months. She also told us that the I-130
would take about 9 months to go through. Now, 2 years. Help, please.
