I randomly get a pop up screen about 2"x3" with a plain blue stripe across the top with the word "Error". below it says: "A runtime error has occurred do you wish to debug? then below that it give diferent messages, example "Line 7 error document.mail.mail is null or not an object" then below is 2 buttons "yes and "no" It doesn.t matter which one you push it just re appears until after several button pushings it goes away. As far as I can tell it does nothing when you push either button, The pop up seems to occur online or off. How do I get rid of this. I have windows 2000 and Norton virus protection. |

It seems it's the problem with the javascript in the html you are browsing. So it's not the problem with your software or hardware. You can get rid of this poppup thing: Open your Internet Explorer click on menu "Tools" and select Internet Options, and then in the new window, select the "Advanced" tab, find the following two check box : Check "Disable script debugging" uncheck "Display a notification about every script error" Hope it helps. |
