What is the name of the beachfront motel used in the movie "Body
Double", in the scene where the hero follows the damsel in distress
from the mall and then the bad guy runs up on the beach and steals her
purse.  The motel is 'stepped' down the side of a bluff, from street
level right down to the beach.

I have not found a name, but I have found the location.  (It appears
that it is not a motel -- this probably explains the lack of a name --
though it is stepped.)  Would the location be sufficient for you?
