Hi,

I would like to get information from someone who's very well versed on
travel portals and the travel industry on what some of the sites are
doing well and getting most of their revenue from and what they're
doing badly.

Also, what's missing?  Trust? Human assistance/guidance/hand holding? 
How do you recommend addressing those weaknesses?

I'm looking for someone on the business side of travel, not the
technical, though your technical background would help of course.

I will ask a few questions and would like your assistance in getting
them answered as a plus.  Though, the above portion will be the bit
the question will be rated rated on.
