Are you sure about the spelling of the name?  This name does not come
up anywhere, in any context, on web pages, either on Google or
elsewhere.  I have seen "Tigliani", or more commonly "Tagliani", as
Italian surnames.

Where did you learn about this artist's paintings?  Do you have any
information about his work, even if not about the artist himself?
